 Felt Poinsettia Tutorial: hair tie, pin or ornament. Made some but not this technique. Will have to do. This takes less materials then the other way I was doing a poinsettia. I had to make it much smaller also so it could be used in the hair if desired. Will make them next Christmas season. They are cute ~ !:
